Our nationwide Service Technicians are restocked with spare parts on a daily basis. The majority of parts come direct from the manufacturer, which favours the customer; not only in cost, but also turnaround. The introduction of hand-held PDA devices, combined with a high quality service management system, allows “real time” control of our day to day business.
